There most compact and economical of our 2 bedroom granny flats , The Bentleigh features built-in robes in each bedroom.
The main bedroom being the slightly larger of the two.
Optional extra decks are available on all designs.
A generous 600mm soffit eave and a 2.7m ceiling height are standard features on all of our homes. The extra wall height gives a much roomier feel to the smaller homes and is a lot safer when ceiling fans are fitted.
The more airtight, and highly insulated construction of these Granny Flats provides quieter living and an easy to control internal temperature range requiring minimal mechanical heating or cooling lowering power consumption and greenhouse gasses.
The second 2 bedroom plan The Flemington features a double walk through robe and a 5.8sqm. covered entrance.
With open plan kitchen, dining and living areas.
Optional deck extensions are available and can be constructed on a slab or raised flooring system. For extremely cold areas a 100mm insulated flooring is also an available option.
A raised flooring system is generally the best option for sloping blocks of land to avoid drainage problems or expensive engineered retaining walls, when the excavation cut exceeds one metre high.
Each of our standard plans can be custom designed to suit your own particular requirements, eg. larger room sizes, added ensuite, deck extensions, & changes in window and glass door sizes.

A covered entrance way is included with optional deck extensions available.
Either bolt to slab or raised flooring system as well.
A generous 600mm eaves as standard with each of our granny flats and the options for Hip or Saw Tooth roof style.
Double Glazed windows and Glass Doors is also a standard, not an extra, for Panelock Building Solutions Granny Flats or secondary dwellings.
Once again, should you not see a plan that does not totally suit your requirements, we are more than happy to quote on your own custom plan .
The Kensington is similar in size to the Mornington but with a slightly different layout, with a more central location for the bath and laundry.
Built in robes feature in both bedrooms , along with 600mm eaves all round.
Each Home Pack is supplied with timber trusses with corrugated colorbond metal roof sheeting.
The cavity roof is standard with double insulation, Anticon Blanket under the roof sheet and R 3.5 Batts above the ceiling.
Optional Saw Tooth style or Hip roof, these Home Packs are quoted delivered to site Australia wide, for bolt to slab or supplied with our standard flooring system of steel posts, bearers, joists and all brackets and fixings.
Floor sheeting & decking timber not supplied with kit.
